Some Realtors have decided that Technology in real estate is either a great tool. They love it so much they have decided that talking with individuals has become obsolete. Well to these I say remember the truth about this business. We are a high touch business and will always be a pressing palm business. Never is this more evident by the hundreds of Realtors I have come across that takes the personal out of the business. They come to me wondering why there business is faltering and I say have you talked to your database and are you communicating to it in a systematic high touch manner and talking to each person. It never fails, TALKING, well they get emails or well we send them gifts, but my question reverts do you ever talk with them. Can you hear the nail drop too, well congrats you have just come to realize something a lot of real estate agents have forgotten. No matter how tech-"e" we get, we must always remember that we have to connect individuals to their dreams and help them to find clarity in what they truly need. No machine, no email, no gift will ever be able to do that. So use technology to its upmost advantage. Become highly productive, and implement technology into your business. Just remember don't lose sight of the fact that people still need a personal relationship to truly be clients for life.
